My Activity

Reviewed Almond Pancakes

"I doubled the recipe for family and everyone loved these tasty pancakes. Had some batter left over, so I put it in the fridge for the following morning. Pancakes were great again for round 2. However, the batter had a much thicker consistency, and the chunks of almonds paste had sort of dissolved into the batter, so chunks were not as apparent as the day before. For those that don't like the batter's consistency, maybe make the night before (minus the almond paste and put in fridge. Then in the morning, stir in almond paste pieces and cook. Thanks Giada for the great recipe!!
