Reviewed Cheese Stuffed Bacon Meatballs
"I love this recipe. I have made it for big family gatherings several times. Lately we've just been making the meatballs and eating them as subs. Other times I've just served the meatballs without anything but sauce (as an toothpick snack) I've even used Turkey meat and cut the bacon. I've never made only 8 to 10 balls with this. It always makes around 20. I must use smaller mozz balls. I really love this dish. So easy and so flavorful."
Reviewed Chicken-Scallion Rice Bowl
"It's true that this isn't packed with flavor, but it kind of reminded me of simple dishes I ate in the homes of Malaysia's middle class families. My husband and I ate this quit a bit for a while cause it was an easy go to. "
Reviewed Garlic, Lemon, and Herb Rubbed Legs
"I never thought I'd make something from Lee's show. It all looks so time consuming! But when I saw this I knew I had to try it. The hubs love grilling. Her flatbread idea is genius . . . pilsbury pizza dough. I cut it in 1/4s and rum the marinade on both sides and grill it up. So delish!"
Reviewed Oatmeal, Cranberry and Chocolate Chunk Cookies
"Do yourself a favor and make these cookies . . . NOW! They are so so so yummy. I despise raisins in my cookies . . . but these are one of the best cookie deserts I've ever made in my life! I couldn't find 60% so I used 67% and it is fine. I'm freezing half the batter and I really hope they turn out as well for next weekends desert. YUM!"
