Reviewed Caesar Salad
"I also saw this on her show, and was a little excited - I'm a vegetarian who often cooks for meat-eater friends, and it's always a bit tricky to tread that "not missing the meat" line for people who like salad and steak. This recipe was great!! I learned how to coddle an egg using it. Also had no special olive oil, so I just dropped two cloves, cut in half, inside my EVOO and let it sit for awhile. Everyone loved it. Four people went through two heads of romaine, tossed in this dressing with some parm and homemade croutons, in minutes. Absolutely delicious and I'll gladly make it again.
