Reviewed Poached Eggs in Chorizo-Tomato Stew with Garlic Croutons
"I really liked this and will definitely make it again! Good comfort food. The parsley-zest topping was well worth the extra effort. The orange flavor is wonderful! Reviewed Slow Cooker Chipotle-Lime Chicken Thighs Jamaican Rice and Peas

Reviewed Mexican Breakfast Casserole
"My dad made this for breakfast on Christmas Eve, and we all loved it! He used Hatch chiles instead of the poblano peppers and used a mix of turkey and pork sausage. We'd definitely make it again.
