"awesome. i have to eat GF so I used a GF Udi's bagel grilled to crispy, the kids like their spinach raw so there were minor modifications (the beauty of a sandwich). In the end the plates were bare, the cutting board was bare ( :( ) and everyone was thrilled. plus dinner was almost silent. a sure sign everyone was so into the food. awesome sandwic""
