Very good dish and very simple to make! I used Israeli couscous for this dish and it took a little longer to soften than the recipe indicated. I loved the flavor of the roasted garlic and corn! I will add more garlic to this dish next time because the garlic flavor was very mind with 4 roasted garlic cloves."

I made this wonderful recipe for Easter and it was a HUGE success!! The potatoes came out beautifully creamy and the flavor was just amazing.

The only complaint I received was from a huge potato-lover, my husband. He would have liked the slices thicker to taste more of the potato, which is a very small change. Everyone else loved...

This recipe is wonderful for a week-night meal! It was very simple to make and had great flavors. I substituted pancetta for veggie bacon since I don't eat pork products and it turned out great. However, if I wanted to choose a dish for a special occasion, this would not be my first choice. Still a wonderful dish, though!"
