Reviewed Brown Butter Banana Muffins
"This was a super simple recipe. I didn't have self rising flour either but I added baking soda and salt and it did the trick. I also didn't have Agave syrup so instead I added one part honey to the bananas and brown sugar to the butter. Before I put them in the oven, I added brown sugar to the top of the muffins and they came out great. They were a little dense so I will try using less flour the next time I use this recipe.
