Reviewed Ciabatta Stuffing with Chestnuts, Mushrooms and Pancetta
"This stuffing was delicious! The prep took a while and I was glad I had help, but it was truly worth it! I have never tasted stuffing this yummy! My family was skeptical with the chestnuts and mushrooms, but they LOVED it! It was rich, yet light (loved the Ciabatta bread), and the pancetta wasn't overwhelming (I was wondering if it would taste too salty in it). Everything just came together beautifully, and our guests loved it! I will make this again next Thanksgiving!
