OMG this sauce is AMAZING!!! Only thing I changed was cut the cinnamon and cumin to 1/8 tsp each could still taste it but not over powering, also simmered for 2 hours. The butter and cream at the end put it over the top! This is the best bolognese I've ever made! Will def be making again thanks Emeril!!!

I am a HUGE fan of Giada... she literally is my idol lol I make her recipes all the time and they are always a hit, unfortunately this one wasn't. This recipe left me very disapointed! It was sooooo chewy that I wouldn't serve to my guests and ended up throwing out. It took a while to prepare and wasn't cheap so I was def bummed at how it turned out....

When I saw Giada make this soup it looked yummy, but I knew it'd need a bit of sprucing up... I made the following changes... Added 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 of greek sour cream, LOTS of salt and pepper, 1 clove of garlic along with the shallots and diced chicken breast... it came out delicious!! Will def be making again! Think I'll try shrimp next...

The first batch was raw at 10 minutes, 2nd batch I cooked 12 minutes and were still raw... I then tried just one sheet at a time and still turned out gooey after 13 minutes!! This has NEVER...

So taste wise these were delicious! However unfortunately texture wise these were a HUGE fail!! They came out smooth and didn't stick to the foil, but when I cut them the filling came flowing out everywhere! I baked them 32 minutes in a glass dish. The ends were more solid but the middle was a gooey mess! Not sure what I did wrong?! I used normal...

So flavor wise these came out delicious!! Chocolaty, moist and chewy! The hint if salt really complemented it. Unfortunately the texture wasn't right, I followed the recipe exactly and just like another reviewer they came out VERY crumbly. I let them cool over night and when I tried to cut in the morning they fell apart :( I also am a seasoned chef...

OMG This was AMAZING!! I'm a pretty seasoned chef and have made a lot of different dishes, this my be my fav! It is very expensive to make (spent over $60!) but for a special occasion (made for my boyfriend's birthday) it's worth it! I used 1 pound of lobster which was plenty. The sauce was amazing! I skipped on the chopped garlic and put about 1...
