Reviewed Lemon-Garlic Shrimp and Grits

I followed the recipe exactly except that I used between 3/4 and 1 cup of the grits and the dish came out GREAT! I just emailed the recipe to my sister after raving about how easy it was to make and how delicious it was. This will now become one of my go-to recipes when deciding what to make for dinner."
