This was so easy to make, and really tasty! I will definitely make it again. I did end up roasting the chicken a bit, to get some color afterwards. But that's just because I wanted some crispy skin. Thank you, Aida!"

We have used this rub numerous times and love it! We use it on bone-in ribeyes on the grill. I do cut back the salt and actually just marinade it during the day before grilling. I've given out this rub as presents and have gotten rave reviews from the recipients. Like Anne suggests, salt to taste. And make adjustments as you see fit. ""

I absolutely loved this recipe when I tried it the first time. Yes, time consuming, but it was really delicious. I have been wanting to make it again with more lobster shells.
