"Proportions of marinade fine, not too salty. The chicken was moist but a very ordinary dish. I would not serve this to company. I recently started watching Alex but after 4 disappointing recipes, I am yet to be impressed. When she judges others, she is so tough, I am waiting for a great recipe. Will try a few more before I tune out completely."
