Made this tonight with ground turkey. I added diced tomato, red pepper flake and thinly sliced jalepeno to the stuffing. I used a cows milk cheese from Italy in the bechemel. Served with a wilted green salad with a balsamic reduction. AMAZING!!!"

With the time involved, I expected WOW. Not so much. I think the base would be much better served by a topping of mashed sweet potato, without the time consuming polenta. Sorry not a favorite.""

Loved this recipe. Cooked the spinach first and made my own spinach and ricotta ravioli using the sweet vinagerette spinach from the recipe. Served with fresh asparagas steamed in lemon and rosemary. Will definitely make this again. Will also make the spinach ravioli in bulk so I can freeze some to have whenever the mood strikes!""

Made this for dinner last night. It is going to become one of our staple meals. I served it with mashed sweet potato and the combo was amazing!!! The only variation I used was to add a little bit of corn starch mixed in non-fat milk to thicken the sauce in the end. Fabulous and easy!!!""
