Made this recipe tonight. Fantastic. And don't miss the meat! You can actually double the mushrooms with the rest of the ingredients left as they are. Just saute them in batches. Make sure you get a real good sear on the mushrooms! It really does make a difference in the taste and overall success of the dish. I used about half of the goat"
