Reviewed Lemon Chicken with Croutons
"Wow! I made this for my husband and his family last night and they loved it! I was a little unsure of the croutons being soaked up with the chicken juices but they loved them and they were delish! Next time I think I will set the chickens on a rack so they bottom of the chicken can brown as much as possible since it got mushey sitting on the onions. I would also add a little more seasoning to the outside of the chicken. Overall it was delish! I also made the carmelized shallots and string beans and bells she made in this episode! These recipes are a keeper! Thanks Ina!
