These cookies are delicious! I used dark brown sugar and dried cranberries. The dough spread a lot during baking making them very delicate and a bit difficult to remove from the baking sheet. Made this for dinner tonight and it came together very quickly. I added a minced garlic clove to the onion and mushroom mixture. Also added 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika at the end and used dry dill since that is what I had on hand. I also substituted light sour cream for the full fat and it did not seem to make a difference in the final dish. "
