Reviewed Grilled Tilapia with Lemon Butter, Capers and Orzo

Feb 29, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is delicious. I have tried this recipe and the Bobby's Baked Tilapia. Both are delicious and easy to prepare, but this one has the Lemon butter which is VERY good. When I prepared the baked recipe I use this butter over the filets before baking them and the result is really delicious!!""

This is delicious!!! My husband and I love this recipe. I prepare as recommended and just before taking it to the oven, I pour a good portion of the Lemon butter (with chopped capers) over each filet - the butter recipe is from Bobby Flay's Grilled Tilapia recipe.
This is a family favorite and we prepare it every other week.""

I made it for New Year's first family dinner. I love it! This is the best mushroom pasta sauce I have ever made. My husband and I like porcini a lot and I will make this again for sure. I just think I will convert to half recipe as usually we are two adults and two little kiddos and the recipe is for a larger group.

I made this dish for dinner and was very good. My husband loves it. The flavors of fresh peppers and herbs is really good. I had chicken files and used it instead of the breasts and tights and it was good. I do think though it would be even more tasty with the recommended cuts. The final touch of caper and parsley brings it to just the perfect bi...

Jan 1, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I made it for New Year's first family dinner. I love it! I didn't find fresh thyme and rosemary at last minute shopping so I used a smaller amount of dry herbes de provence instead. The crust is super tasteful without drying out and the meat turned very well seasoned and tender. I seared and roasted the beef tenderloin as recommended but it took ...

Just baked some last night and they are adictive! Delicious!!!! My first slices were crumbling and breaking apart (Found out my eggs were too big and I used a little too much baking powder as my toddler w...

I made a batch last night and they are very good. The texture is perfect. The candied ginger bite is very yummy. I highly recommend to use the ice cream scoop to roll the balls for the cookies. I didn't have one and scooping correct sized unit was a little time consuming when it could have been easy and quick. I took one star out because to my li...
