Reviewed Chicken and Rice Casserole
"This recipe was really easy. I swapped the mayo for a can of cream of chicken soup, I used only 1 can of green beens and added some carrots, pepper and dried herbs. Since it was for my daughter's school party I omitted the chestnuts(kids are picky). The result was a success! The kids loved it, specially my picky princess. I took the leftovers home and my husband couldn't get enough.
