"This is amazing! I can prepare the roast while the oven preheats, stick it in an time it, time the 3 hours, then time the remaining cooking time....all while I do my college homework! It comes out perfectly every time, and I always have enough for me and my daughter to eat a few more nights. Perfect for picky paletes and busy parents!
