"This is a great recipe for a crowd. If you have a big crockpot, it can easily be doubled. Everyone always loves it and asks for the recipe, and it's so easy. I like to offer avocado as an additional topping. I also usually make a vegetarian version by combining all the ingredients except the meat and onions in the crockpot first, then scooping out"
