This recipe was awesome. I altered it a bit and used Ground Pork because my store was out of ground turkey. I also used 1 can of artichokes instead of frozen. This was a great dessert--a huge hit by everyone who tasted it. However, place the pie tin on a baking sheet before putting in the oven. The mixture goes right to the top of the crust and the filling spilled over during making, leaving a mess of burnt corn syrup on the bottom of my oven."
