I needed a dish to bring to my sister-in-laws for Easter. She had the ham, I brought the biscuits. I made them with King Arthur gluten free flour. I had really large sweet potatoes, so I ended up using about 1/3 C more flour. They were fantastic! My husband who whines about food all the time, I call him Pinot Griegio, love them. Funny how people say they are tasteless. I guess they've never heard of season to taste. I add the seasoning levels I like. The onion rings came out great. Nice to bake and not fry."

This is a fantastic recipe!! I had to substitute chicken broth for the white wine, because my husband hates the taste of white wine in food. Yes, he is a schnook, but I guess I'll keep him.
