This goes excellent with the burger. I did just like Bobby Flay said, and - as usual - it was perfection. Ate the rest of if by itself the next day, and I am not even close to a slaw fan!!!

This is a keeper for sure. Came out so tender and moist, everybody was as happy as can be. Especially me, since I was cooking it. Didn't do the gravy, but with the drippings there was, it sure would have made a good one. Had 4 very critical men folks for guests, they were blown away. In fact, so was I. Considering the incredible meal this was, the work it took was not that much. Well "

This is genius.... So easy to make, ever so tasty! I used the meat off the chicken that I made the stock with instead of the pork. I also added the juice of one lemon to make it a little more sour. I got this big pot of soup in the fridge now and am going to eat on it all week, that's how good this is!"

Wow, what a fantastic recipe. Easy to make and sooo tasty. We live in Alaska and have plenty of salmon. I used some from the freezer that needed to be cooked. Did not make the crust, because I didn't want to go to the store. But I am sure that would have topped it off completely! Thanks Rachel!!!""
