Reviewed Sauteed Broccolini

Yummy! I felt like a real chef blanching my broccolini, even though I'm less than that. My fianc��� and I loved the bite that the broccolini was able to maintain while packing great flavor! I didn't even have a staple ingredient - the lemon. I used lemon juice instead and it still came out great. Definitely worth trying!

This was delicious! I looked at several recipes. This one seemed the best for what I was after, yet I was skeptical given the few reviews. However, I am so glad I tried it! My fianc��� and I made this w/ broccolini and a ribeye steak and it delivered!

I didn't have the "grill seasoning" (whatever that is) and used cajun seasoning...

With a bonafide foodie in my family, I was looking for better side dishes. This simple recipe as is was delicious and all the rave, I even used a pinch of dried parsley flakes instead of fresh (which is always a gamble) and it still got star reviews! As someone mentioned below, not knowing the temp to cook at was scary, but Med/High did the trick"

Reviewed Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Vinaigrette

This was tasty and delicious exactly as the recipe calls for! Coating all of the asparagus in the olive oil, salt and pepper top to bottom first then placing on baking sheet made a difference. Also, the vinaigrette was delectable. Thank you!"
