"I always run into the same problem every weekend, make too much batter. Im afraid to store it to long because I really just dont know the shelf-life of batter in the fridge. I use the typical ingredients: all-purpous flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, butter, sugar, pitch of salt and vanilla extract. Any recommendations?"

I have made this recipe 2 times now and both times flavor is right on point..excellent! What I do is make mini-sized portions in order to stretch the servings longer (if you know what I mean)..."

This recipe was great! I wound up having to use pumpkin as my local grocery store did not have fresh butternut squash and it worked out perfectly! I even added a dash of nutmeg to the soup just because I like that little extra flavor boost it gives to pumpkin, and it really worked great with this recipe. I would highly recommend it. "
