Reviewed Squash and Orzo Salad
"Not sure if I just didn't make it right, but the texture in general was too mushy for my tastes. The flavor just wasn't there enough for me, either. Not sure if I'd make this again.""
Reviewed Mexican Lasagna
"The only bad thing about this recipe is that there is NEVER leftovers for lunch!!!! It's always destroyed by guests because it's so tasty. I'm a fan of "1 pot dinners" and this was great. Lots of flavor in every bite. Maybe I'll do more layers next time so there's leftovers for me :)""
Reviewed Salami-Mozzarella Calzone

The meats and cheeses made it a bit too oily for me in the end, also. Oil was puddling everywhere, but otherwise you can't go wrong with a calzone! Ne""
Reviewed Seared Ahi Tuna and Salad of Mixed Greens with Wasabi Vinaigrette
"YUM. We had left over tuna steaks and made this salad. The vinaigrette was perfect with just a hint of wasabi. I used regular skinned cucumbers, and I regret this since it was too bitter compared to an english cucumber. Keep that in mind!""
Reviewed Honey-Mustard Pork Roast with Bacon
"LOVED it. I felt like cooking something that didn't require a lot of dishes, and this was perfect and yummy! Cooking meats in the oven always makes me nervous since I don't have a meat thermometer, but practice makes perfect. I used typical honey dijon since that was all I had, but it came out delicious anyway.""
