Reviewed Chocolate Stout Cupcakes

I made these as regular sized and mini cupcakes and they are amazing. The cake is moist, spongy, and dense. I added 3 ounces of Baker's semisweet chocolate (melted to the wet ingredients before I added the eggs for extra chocolatey goodness and topped with a dark chocolate buttercream.
