The dish was much too acidic. It had a very simple flavor that was completely dominated by lemon. I tried to temper the lemon by adding more salt, pepper, a touch of sugar, fresh cilantro, and grated parmesean, trying to be careful because the dish could have taken a horrible turn. It turned out okay but I'm glad I wasn't having company.""
