This was fantastic! I didn't strain the chili sauce either and it turned out marvelous. I loved the complexity of the flavors in the broth. And the pork was tender, juicy, and absolutely divine. It was a lot of fun to make. I will definitely make it again.

This is very good. It took a long time to prepare, however, so make sure to allow for a good chunk of time to cook this. It was really rich and heavy and not good in large quantities, so I think next time I would cut it in half. The ground lamb was not my favorite addition; I think I would do without and just substitute it with ground beef or pork....
