I also forgot to pound the chicken breasts and so had to cook for 45 min. but I used buttermilk (no eggs) and italian 00 flour, a very light dusting. I also used Old Bay for the seasoning, but hon, I'm from B'more. It was SO good I would serve it this way, too, or stuffed chicken breasts, but need that extra cook time."
