Great recipe! Instead of a bundt pan, I used a large rectangle pan, about 9x16 or the like....it really helped the cake bake more evenly and without any risk of undercooking. I also added a chopped apple, for the crunchiness! I put in 1/2 tsp of nutmeg and a heaping 1 tsp of cinnamon... I also replaced 1/2 c. of the white flour with 1/2 c. whole...
