Reviewed Aunt Peggy's Sweet Potato Souffle
"I am not a sweet potato fan, so every year I try a new recipe. This was the "hit" of the Thanksgiving dinner.. I could not find self rising cake flour, so i subbed with Bisquick..was just fine) Also, a bit sweet, so I may cut down on the brown sugar a bit.. This recipe is a definite keeper and will be a permanent dish for my Thanksgiving from now on.. Thanks Aunt Peggy and Paula
