Reviewed Ginger Pumpkin Tart
"I have made 4 pies and everyone LOVES them! Super simple and you can change it up easily. If I'm in a hurry I buy a pre-made graham cracker crust and add a little cinnamon and nutmeg to the pie filling. Word of caution...make sure you grab the pumpkin puree and not the pumpkin pie filling! I made that mistake and the pie did not set up:(

"First, let me say that I really liked this recipe! I had my husband, mother, father and brother try it as well. My mom liked the texture, but thought it was too sweet. My dad and brother said it was "ok" but a little too sweet and my husband took one bit and wouldn't eat it. He said it was WAY too sweet.
It was a simple recipe and very easy to make. Do need to let can cool just a few minutes and use gloves to hold while you pour out the toffee. If you wait too long, it does get globby.
I love sweet things, so I did really enjoy, but the majority said "no thanks" to my offer to make another:(
