Reviewed Chicken Burgers with Garlic-Rosemary Mayonnaise

"Very tasty and simple to make! The meat will be sticky, but just make a ball out of it (instead of a patty shape) and plop it directly on a hot pan. When you flip it over, press it down with the spatula and you can form it into the patty that way. The burgers were very moist and soft, and incredibly simple to make. This is going to be a regular in my dinner rotation."

Reviewed Israeli Couscous with Apples, Cranberries and Herbs

"This was a very light and refreshing salad. I omitted the rosemary and thyme, since I wasn't sure how the earthy flavors would taste with the fruit. I also used a sweet Fuji apple instead of a granny smith (like other reviewers). I even boiled the couscous in salted boiling water instead of chicken broth, and it was still delicious. My husband, who doesn't care for couscous, liked this and even wanted to take it for lunch the next day! I will definitely be making this again. Thanks Giada!"

Reviewed Texas Hold-Ums Mini Chipotle Beef Burgers with Warm Fire Roasted Garlic Ketchup

"Excellent! I just made the burgers (not the ketchup, I'll try that next time). I made just a few slight modifications. I used ~1 lb of turkey meat and was able to make 8 good size patties. I think the grill seasoning makes a huuuge difference, I used Weber's "Kickin Chicken" so the burgers turned out nice and spicy. I threw in 3 chipotles in adobo (which is a lot more than what the recipe calls for, as I only made half the amount of meat) but there was still no "smokey" flavor. I think next time I'll serve it with a chipotle mayo to give it more smokiness. I couldnt find smoked cheddar so just used regular and it still tasted great. I will be making this burger again and again!

Reviewed Onion Rings

"I just made these and they turned out excellent -- crispy and fluffy! I halved the recipe since I was only frying 1 onion's worth (which was more than enough for me and my husband). I used Blue Moon beer, i honestly dont know if it matters since the end product doesn't have any of the beer taste, so I would just use whatever beer you have lying around. Only complaint was that they turned out a little bland. Next time, I'll add the salt to the batter right before frying and maybe throw in some more paprika?

Reviewed Lasagna Rolls

"This is a great idea, so much easier to assemble than traditional layered lasagna! I didn't make the bechamel sauce, but the recipe still turned out fantastic. I actually cut each of the noodles in half so that there was less to roll up. I will be making this again and again.

Reviewed Triple-A Salad with Pomegranate Dressing

"Great salad -- very easy to assemble and everyone loved it. The pomegranate seeds, in my opinion, are a must. I found that the vinegar combined with the pomegranate juice can become too sour, so I suggest adding a tiny bit of the vinegar to begin with and adjusting as needed.
