I love this recipe! Rice has always been a challenge for me, especially brown rice, but this method turns out perfect every time! I generally use chicken stock for extra flavor and seasonings to go with the protein I'm serving. The result is a nutty, firm and flavorful texture. It's awesome and easy!"
