"I always buy shrimp with shells and no longer throw them away, and always have the homemade stock in the freezer. I use the ends of the celery that I wouldn't use in the recipes. And I have been adding any herbs that I can find in my garden. What a great way to use up leftovers from shrimp and veggies."
