SO GOOD! I never write reviews, but feel i have to because this is so awesome. This was my first time making mussels and i did omit the thyme as i feel it can be overpowering. My husband, MIL and I loved it! My MIL said they were the best she has ever had and drank her broth as well as the rest of ours....i have ordered mussels at restaurants s"
