Reviewed Potato Salad Fra Diavolo

This has become my go to potato salad.

I love its unique and almost exotic flavor. This was the first time I have been exposed to fennel and it gives this a special zing. But if you're not a fennel fan, a liquorice-type flavor then, omit it.

It wonderful warm..and cold.

Reviewed Roasted Pepper and Eggplant Marinara

I have to say I've never been a fan of marinara sauce...this receipe has changed my mind completely.

The marinara sauce is fragrant with fresh herbs and the smokiness of the roasted vegatables. I substituted a serrano pepper for a bit more bite and served it alongside roasted asparagas.

This is excellent, even though there is one problem.

I agree with almost all of the reviews. The meatloaf is savory and sweet and oh so yummy.

Unfortunately it doesn't hold its shape.

I substituted shallots for the onions and agree that I'll add garlic to my next one and probably another...
