"My mom and I originally made this recipe following the exact instructions. It was good, but we felt it was missing "something." A depth of flavor of some kind. We also felt the sparkling water did not leave enough fizz. After some brainstorming we topped off our glasses with some ginger ale. This brought in the depth of flavor we were looking"
