"This was AWESOME!!!!!!! I wouldn't change a thing! However, I put in more noodles than she called for and I will not do that again....the noodles expand a LOT once it sits in the warm soup. Even though it doesn't seem like a lot of noodles that she has listed in her recipe, I would recommend sticky with that quantity!! Follow her recipe and you won't have a problem! I made corn bread to go with it and it was the perfect meal for me and my daughter!! I even shared with my step-dad and he keeps asking when I'm making more...it's only been a week! : )
