“Great recipe! I've had Shepards Pie many times but this has to be the best version I've ever had or made. I did two things different. I didn't have fresh thyme so I substituted a small branch of rosemary. I also used my microplane to grate a light dusting of parmesan cheese over the top before baking.""”
