I don't usually use a written down recipe when I make pot roast, which I do in a crock pot, but when I saw Ina make this I thought it was similar to mine but I liked the things she did that were different to mine. Great recipe! I've had Shepards Pie many times but this has to be the best version I've ever had or made. I did two things different.
