"I made these potatoes for my husband a couple of months ago and he loved them so much, there were no leftovers! He has asked me to make them several times since then, and has told me that if he never had potatoes cooked any other way, it would be fine with him.
Every time I have made them, they have turned out perfectly.

About Me
I'm a professinal singer by trade, and a life long food lover. One of my favorite toys as a child was my Easy Bake Oven. As I got older I loved watching the Galloping Gourmet with Graham Kerr. Then it was on to Martha Stewart and now, the holy grail...Food Network! (angels singing in the backround).

My favorite food? What a horrible question! That's like asking which one of your children is your favorite. ALL of them! (well, except for liver.....and coconut.....especially together).
