Fail proof and "wow" factor potato salad. I only had big potatoes on hand and it turned out just fine. I just took off the skins after they cooled off. There's only so much slaw a human being can eat, so be prepared to share or toss leftovers! Best part about this recipe is that it is simple--I happened to be purging my fridge and found a head of red cabbage and broccoli without the stems (just the florets) and it worked out fine
