"My family's favorite recipe. I've made this four times in 6 days. I use a little less sugar, and lowfat milk, and it's crumbly, corny, and delicious. It's not a cakey cornbread (which I hate). Perfect recipe. ""
"suprisingly good. the frosting is unnecessary unless you love super sweet things. the cake is really moist. i reduced the sugar to 2 cups, and did half white / half brown. the best part of this cake is watching people be scared of cake with tomatoes to being wowed by how yummy it is. ""
Reviewed Corn and Asparagus Salad
"I love this salad and have made it several times. I lighten the dressing a bit by adding water and cutting down on the sugar. I also soak the red onions in iced water to take the strong flavor and burn out of them (I don't like raw onions, but do like them if soaked. I use this recipie for friends and family gaterings. ""
