Reviewed Massaged Kale Salad
"The textures and the sweet and sour flavors made this the perfect accompaniment with chili verde, or I would think with any spicy food. We had some leftover salad which was just as delicious two days later, without any noticeable deterioration! I think next time I'll make it a dinner salad and add spicy shrimp, chicken or tofu."
