"I made this for a dinner party last night and there were 6 of us so I doubled the recipe. I did as so many reviewers recommended by removing the scallops as I made the sauce and then adding them back in. I used linguini instead of rice which I liked but I think next time I will add more wine, butter and flour and reduce it to thicken it up so it"
I grew up with parents whose passion it was to cook. I am 33 and my personal passion has only blossomed in the last year. I've had a lot of beginners luck thanks to foodnetwork.com and reading the helpful tips from the reviewers. I have found that as a novice cook but a foodie for life the trick it to know what you like and cook that first. Trust your tastebuds and instincts and remember to have fun while you do it!
