"I don't really like pork unless it is covered in sauce and barbecued, so i might have been biased. I thought the dish did not have much flavor. ""

Reviewed Raspberry Cheesecake

"This was very tasty!! It was my first time trying to make cheesecake, and was a success! I cooked it half an hour longer and left it in the oven for an hour after turning it off. I am not sure if the extra time was needed at all though. I did change the topping. First I tried strawberry jelly and fresh raspberries, and the jelly was way too sweet while the raspberries were very sour. I am glad i tasted them before putting them on the delicious cake. I went back to the supermarket and found a "triple berry topping" in a jar. I tossed some frozen mixed berries with that and this came out perfect! It also looked very appealing =) Thanks for the recipe! I will definitely follow this recipe again.

Reviewed Slow Cooker Moroccan Brisket with Red Onions and Apricot Couscous

"This came out absolutely delicious!! I made it with chuck roast, just because it looked nice and fresh that day at my grocery store. I cooked 2.5 pound meat for 6 hours at low setting. Everyone loved it! The seasoning was different (in a very good way) but definitely not too sweet, nor too strong. Had very little left overs and they tasted great the next day also. I suggest this recipe to everyone who is bored of the same old slow cooker recipes which seem to taste the same after a while.

Reviewed Kourabiedes (Greece: Walnut Sugar Cookies

"These are great! I'm from Turkey and i love kurabiyes. This recipe was very close to the way my grandma makes them. Since she doesn't use measurements (all her recipes state "just enough flour, just enough sugar") so impossible to recreate for an occasional cook like me =), thanks for this recipe!!

Reviewed Petite Orange and Raspberry Pochettes

"These cookies were delicious!! Perfect for me, flaky and not too sweet. But my husband thought the dough wasn't sweet enough so the next time i might add a bit of sugar to the dough. Otherwise i will end up eating the whole thing myself like the last time, lol.
