I don't want to read this. I don't cook for 30 to 40 people. We don't own a restaurant. Reconstruct this for FOUR and I'll try it.

This was a huge disappointment. There was hardly a teaspoon of liquid for the gravy, it was overdone, not medium rare and it was tasteless. I realize that this recipe was down-sized for the home cook, but the "down-sizer" really goofed on this one. What a waste!!""
