Reviewed Bone-In Pork Milanese with Soy-Honey Glaze
"I am 19 and 97 lbs...... and I scarfed down 2 pork chops. I substituted the canola oil with sesame oil (obsessed) and added garlic with the onions. Instead of grilling it (since I don't own a grill), I baked it for 30 minutes and turned it over halfway... completely soaked in the sauce.

"It is 10:46pm... and I am watching tv while rubbing my stomach in satisfaction.
I started baking at 7:01pm, and can I say........ my mama would be jealous of this recipe!!!
I couldn't get bay leaves, so I substituted it with cilantro (big fan of cilantro).
Also, I didn't have that much salt in my kitchen, so I cut the house seasoning to 4ths.
And I added potatos and carrots in the recipe because I love vegetables.
Next time, I won't put in veges just to stay true to the recipe, and hopefully I'll find bay leaves (they're so delicious)!!!
