Reviewed Four Cheese Ravioli with Herb Pesto

Absolutely wonderful! It did take me quite a bit of time to fill the wonton wrappers though. More than listed in prep time for all steps. It was worth the time though. Pesto was amazing even though I excluded the anchovy and substituted almonds for the pine nuts. "
